This doesn’t mean he’ll definitely be indicted, but it’s not good news for a man who’s already among the accused in civil suits brought by voting-machine manufacturers Dominion and Smartmatic. Giuliani is scheduled to appear Wednesday before the special grand jury hearing evidence in the Georgia case. Explosions Rock Russian Ammo Depot in Crimea A week after blasts destroyed several Russian fighter jets at an air base in Crimea, a Russian military base has suffered what appears to be another humiliating attack. A senior Ukrainian official speaking anonymously to the New York Times said that “an elite Ukrainian military unit operating behind enemy lines” was responsible for today’s explosion. Kyiv hasn’t publicly claimed responsibility for the attack, which [sent up massive fireballs](, but an adviser to President Volodymyr Zelenskyy called it “demilitarization in action.” Russian officials said a fire triggered the blasts. Crimea had previously been out of reach of Ukrainian attacks — but that seems to have changed.
