While submissions for oral talks are no longer being accepted, there is one more opportunity to present a poster at the all-virtual FiO + LS. Now, as FiO + LS will be presented as scheduled in an all-virtual format, your presentation will be seen by its intended audience. While submissions for oral talks have closed, there is a brief, extended opportunity to present a poster. If your submission is accepted and presented, your paper and supplemental poster PDF will be published in OSA Publishing's Digital Library and indexed in Ei Compendex and Scopus. The Program Schedule To provide more of our international presenters with an ability to present live during the virtual conference (and participate in Q&A with audience members), poster sessions will be offered at three different times. You are likely to find a session time that is convenient for your time zone. Networking The ability to engage with your audience, either one-on-one or in small, informal group discussions, can still occur in a virtual format. In addition to a short poster preview for all poster presenters, FiO + LS will be offering software to enable expanded one-on-one discussion amongst attendees. Registration Cost Contributing authors presenting an oral talk or poster will pay a US$ 100 publishing fee. All other participants register for free. In an extraordinary year of disruption, we encourage you to join the OSA Community, as we come together briefly in September, to showcase the high-quality work performed by you and your peers.
