Thursday, 18 June, is the deadline to complete a submission to present at the all-virtual FiO + LS this year. That means just one more day to prepare your abstract and summary. [OSA Frontiers in Optics + Laser Science APS/DLS - The 2020 Virtual Conference](JUYmXvb-N:m:1:2702902251:3FFA04E6A266CD40658C751C81688BD0:r) OSA Frontiers in Optics + Laser Science APS/DLS will be held as scheduled in an all-virtual, web conference format. [Final Reminder: Submission Site Closes on Thursday](JUYmXvb-N:m:1:2702902251:3FFA04E6A266CD40658C751C81688BD0:r) Abstract and Summary Submission Deadline: 18 June 2020 One moment of your time. Then, you can return to work on your abstract. When is the submission deadline? The submission site will close at 12:00 (EDT), GMT-04:00, on Thursday, 18 June. (Today, as reference, is Wednesday, 17 June). Do I have enough time to complete the requirements? Yes. There is a time-efficient submission process with minimal requirements that can be completed today or tomorrow — a 35-word abstract and a 2-page summary. Will the conference take place as scheduled? Absolutely! The conference will be presented as scheduled in an all-virtual, web conference format. You can submit your research with the full confidence that your work will be presented before an audience and published in OSA Publishing's Digital Library. How does the virtual format work? If accepted, you will have the option to present your research in a live technical session or submit a prerecorded video. It's your choice. (One benefit if you present live — you can participate in Q&A with the audience after your talk or poster presentation.) How much will this cost? Contributing authors presenting an oral talk or poster will pay a US$ 100 publishing fee. All other participants register for free. These low- and no-cost registration rates will greatly increase your audience — both in numbers and geographic diversity. What about...? Hey, Socrates, enough with the questions! Remember that the submission deadline is this Thursday. It's time to complete your abstract and summary. (If you do have additional questions about the virtual format, please visit our [FAQ page](JUYmXvb-N:m:1:2702902251:3FFA04E6A266CD40658C751C81688BD0:r).) In summation, don't miss your opportunity to present your research before an audience of influential science and industry professionals representing some of the finest institutions and companies worldwide.
