[Click to find out…]( - Mark AG's Views: Hawaii Energy Makes a Comeback From the desk of Option Pit Director of Education Andrew Giovinazzi It is hard to believe there is a more thankless industry than energy generation. Local governments want free power, with a stable well maintained grid and green to boot. An impossible task to make everyone happy. Utilities pay a div and that is about it. Hawaiian Electric Industries (Ticker: HE) is one such utility company. At this point it is common to blame fires on utilities and 0 on poor land management. Which is happening in Maui right now. The fact Lahainah was surrounded by dry grass was well known for some time. HE tanked when everyone thought they are to blame and now some of that heat is subsiding. [ I am green on a put I sold there mostly because I did not think HE was the culprit. The market is starting to agree with me. -AG OPTION PIT GLOSSARY [( There are plenty of terms in the trading world that need defining. The [Option Pit Glossary]( is here to help.
