[fstp, logo, header] June 7, 2024 [ag views, logo, header] With AG still on assignment, here is a special piece from Mark on his plan for next week!  Hey Traders, Over the last week we’ve been previewing Friday’s stock split on Nvidia… if you missed all the incredible analysis…that means you are not signed up for Option Pit Research yet…[(]([sign up here]([)](. If you’re looking at its price this weekend and wondering why it doesn’t look like 1/10th of last week… It’s because the split will “register”/take first effect on Monday morning at market open. Before that happens… I want to prepare you with a few charts + my plan for trading Nvidia next week. It’s been fun diving into the performance of giant stocks pre and post split, and we’ve learned a few things doing so. For the most part, there’s a pattern. At Option Pit we LOVE patterns because we know we can make money off of them. Here is the basic pattern of a stock that is going to split summed up in one chart: This is Amazon pre and post split: [ded] The split happened at the red S that I circled on June 6th. Amazon ran up into the split, peaked on the day of the split at around $128, and then settled back down after the split into a pre-split trading zone: around $102. This is a pattern we’ve seen again and again, and talked about extensively the last few days in [Option Pit Research.]( Now let's look at Nvidia leading into Friday’s split. [ded] If you think this looks similar to Amazon… well… congratulations & you are not alone. Now…I would never short Nvidia naked… I always trade wearing clothing ;) But seriously, I wouldn’t, that is a quick way to blow up an account. BUT, if I use a [Zone Trade]( to short NVDA I can limit my cost to likely less than $1000 dollars and take advantage of the potential drop. What is a [Zone Trade](? It's a low cost trade that counts on the underlying falling back to a normal level…in the case of NVDA I would be looking at the 21 day moving average of $1,024. Click here for more information on[ Zone Trades]([.]( I use a Zone Trade to fade moves both up and down. NVDA is the perfect Zone Trade stock to set up a potential short play in…yes…I might lose (this is always possible, albeit unlikely in this case)…if I do…I'll eat 500 bucks…. but if I am right… [I could potentially double or triple my $1,000 dollars.]( The risk reward on a short Zone Trade is there for NVDA post split. I am not 100% dead set on this… I need to see how it trades on Monday… but this is something I am thinking about and wanted to let you know ahead of time so you could [review the special offer we’re running right now on Trade Zone.](  - Mark  [logo, pit profits] Want to find YOUR winning fit? He has 746,000 subscribers on YouTube alone. And boy did Gamestop (TIcker: GME) stock respond trading up 46.50% yesterday. Is Keith Gill doing anything illegal? How is he any different from me or Option Pit. I give out free options and stock trade ideas on a weekly basis. There are tons of companies that do this. Could they shut us all down? What is the difference between him and us? As Mark Sebastian argued, how are all those talking heads on the business channels who actually are managing people’s money any better or different than what he is doing? Why are they allowed to recommend stocks? Speaking of recommendations, I sure hope you read and followed my last[ Profits in PumpsÂ](when I recommended the Jun21 27/37 call vertical in $GME for two bucks. It is now well in the money and trading around $5.00, that is up 150%! As for me, I love what Roaring Kitty is doing. [ded]( [Now let’s take a look at $GME and a new trade idea… if I were you, I’d make sure to pay attention to this one if you missed my last play.]( - Licia --------------------------------------------------------------- Join Licia's trading community and start receiving her Profits In Pumps Newsletter. [Click this link to sign up!](   Get all your DC Insider info inside of Frank Gregory's "Power Moves" Newsletter. [Click this link to sign up!]( --------------------------------------------------------------- Don't miss when our traders go live!
