Option Pit Stop [fstp, logo, header] May 20, 2024 There's one trade we're putting on ahead of Nvidia earnings on Wednesday that is going to capture the guaranteed market pop OR drop NVDA earnings results will generate... and it's not buying or selling Nvidia. [Click here to see what it is]( [ag views, logo, header] Traders pump up the vol before Nvidia Earnings Rallying to all time highs was not enough for the market today. Traders also had to put a bid back into the options going into the Nvidia Inc (Ticker: NVDA) earnings on Wednesday night. Generally volatility in the options jumps when there is demand for options. The demand could reach a fever pitch by Wednesday on the close. [ded] There might be some recency bias after Apple Inc (Ticker: AAPL) earnings 2 weeks ago. This is also a perfect opportunity for one of my two way trades with a binary switch. I will cover that in my OP Newsletter for the am. After 1 solid week of going down, traders brought the bid for IV back. - AG  [logo, pit profits] - Option Pit Mentoring - OPM MMM div+ strategy 14% gain Want to find YOUR winning fit? Hey Income Hunters, Today, we're diving into a topic that's super important and a bit complex but I’ll break it down in simple terms so we all can understand it better… We're talking about a mortgage crisis 2.0, which follows the 2008 version, which drove home prices to levels far beyond their true value and when the bubble burst it nearly caused a collapse of the global financial system … Why now? Because the housing numbers are weakening enough that they feel the need to step and fuel more demand … Check out the latest numbers on new mortgages and new homes sold …  [ded] This new plan involves something called "second mortgages." Below is a chart of the current VIX curve. The VIX closing price is in green and all the VIX futures are represented by the yellow curve. Slowly but surely the VIX curve decays to the green VIX line. [ded]( Closing VIX curve May 17, 2024 How does this help me with trades to take advantage of the Gamma Bomb? It is clear the VIX curve decays and anything that decays should provide income.
