[image] I watched a re-run episode of Shark Tank last night. And there was a couple that had a product that was a sand timer for...the bathroom. Basically they said that if you spend more than 5 minutes going #2 (sit down) than it is actually bad for your gut and leads to hemorrhoids and such. It's the same thing with trading. If you spend more than 30 minutes a day on trades, it is bad for your account. That means you are over trading, probably making worse trades and focusing too much on the "noise", the day to day nonsense that we think moves the markets but in the long run is not important at all. That is one of the main takeaways my Layup Apprentices experience in our Layup Spread Mastery program. I’ve worked it down to a science…. To be able to take someone who knows very little (or even nothing) about options to being able to find, place, manage and consistently win on Layup Spreads in just 3 months! And to be able to do all this in less than 30 minutes a day! If you are interested, [check out this short case study video]() showing real money results from myself and some apprentices. I used to think it take years and years to get good at trading options…. No longer is that the case. So track your time, and trade less. Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables.
