But in Chhattisgarh state in Central India, this is the situation for our sisters and brothers.  One of our local partners, Dhruv*, shared a recent video of crowds taking an oath to not buy from or trade with any businesses owned by non-Hindus—specifically Christians and Muslims.  “Such an oath ceremony adds fuel to already ignited fire of hatred towards Christians,” he says, adding that extremists in Chhattisgarh are calling for the boycott statewide.  [Watch the video](  It’s difficult to watch hatred on display, but I’m sharing this video with you to show you what our family is facing.  This is the same region where thousands of tribal Christians were attacked in December and January; many are still living displaced, afraid to return to their homes.  This boycott will likely force even more Christians from their homes and communities as they struggle to survive.  As you can tell, our Indian family is walking through desperate hours and needs our prayers.
