Beginning March 18th, 2020, Olark will no longer offer chat support to our free customers. Hi there, I’m Emily, Olark’s Director of Support, and I’m writing to let you know that as of Wednesday, March 18th, 2020, support via the chat box on Olark.com will no longer be available to users who are on a free chat plan. We welcome and will still respond to emails from all Olark users. Why are we discontinuing chat support to free users? We want to make sure that all Olark users are able to find answers to questions quickly. We will stop offering chat support to free customers so that our team can spend more time improving the Help Center. This year we are auditing the entire help center, and making big changes to bring you updated guides, demo videos, and how-tos. We know this change might be disappointing — so we would like to offer you a chance to try out the paid plan, with a new 30 day trial to free users only.
