So, I’ll advise you on that in a second.) What’s “protein tweaking”? It’s a simple adjustment of protein intake to optimize two things in your body: metabolism and cravings. Master these two things, and you have a leaner body ahead of you: 1) Protein and Metabolism Protein is thoroughly proven to have a “thermogenic” effect on your body. In other words, it ignites your metabolism and makes you burn more fat.1 And studies have shown that eating protein in the morning in particular keeps that metabolism burning bright all day long.2 2) Protein and Cravings For faster metabolism to make a difference, though... you need to be eating fewer calories. This way, you’ll start torching your fat stores for fuel and slimming down. And if you eat protein first thing in the morning, you’ll be less hungry all day. This was recently proven in two separate studies carried out at the University of Missouri.3,4 So, the bottom line is… eat protein in the morning, and you’ll slim down. But like I said, the type of protein matters... You see, the best protein to use is a protein you’re probably not getting at all: “OPTIMIZED” GELATIN Gelatin is a special mix of proteins and peptides, derived from bones.
