Whatâs âprotein tweakingâ?
Itâs a simple adjustment of protein intake to optimize two things in your body: metabolism and cravings. Master these two things, and you have a leaner body ahead of you:
1) Protein and Metabolism
Protein is thoroughly proven to have a âthermogenicâ effect on your body. In other words, it ignites your metabolism and makes you burn more fat.1
And studies have shown that eating protein in the morning in particular keeps that metabolism burning bright all day long.2
