{NAME}, the other day, I reached out with an important question... What advice would YOU give your younger self? And the responses from this community were AMAZING! It took me hours, but I read each and every email — and I want to share a few heartfelt responses I received. Here’s a piece of advice I found especially moving...  “Life can hold some hard times for you... but the friends you create, along with a loving family, can make a pretty terrific life after all!” – Karen This is beautiful, Karen — thank you for sharing. It sounds like you have some pretty special people to help you through the tough stuff. :) And I think we can all agree — having a strong support system in place is CRUCIAL. (It’s why I'm so glad to have YOU in this community, {NAME}.) Here’s another reply I just loved...  “I would tell my younger self to listen to her instincts. That little voice inside of you will guide you to make better choices.” – Susanne I love Susanne’s reply. It’s a tough lesson to learn — but trusting your gut makes a huge difference. Don’t you agree? Now, the next response is simple — but SO important. (It’s something just about everybody I know struggles with.)  “I would say to love your body no matter how you perceive it to look. Try to be good to yourself by eating well most of the time and exercising each day.” – Ellen Wow — this is such wise advice. Everyone wants to feel confident in their own body... but getting there can definitely be a challenge. Remember, though — you’re never alone in your struggle. We all feel insecure about our bodies from time to time... Whether that means feeling uncomfortable with the way you look — or insecure about your overall health. (As a matter of fact, I’ve been working on something that addresses this EXACT problem... and I’ll share more about that soon!!) {NAME}, messages like this remind me how seriously amazing the Nucific community is. I hope you’ll take a moment today to be PROUD of how far you’ve come... And wherever you are in your health journey, keep going. I’m rooting for you, no matter what... and I’ll be here every step of the way! To your present and future health, Amy Lee, MD Head of Nutrition P.S. By the way, I saved one of my favorite emails for last...  “I am at the age of 67 as happy as I’ve ever been in my life. I only wish I could’ve been this happy at 27 or 37. I would tell my younger self not to take things so seriously. I just never realized that everyone is a mess in their own special way.” – Al You’re so right, Al. It takes time (and wisdom) to recognize that we’re all works in progress. Whether you’re 27, 67, or 97... Every day is an opportunity to do something different… to make a positive change... And to work towards being the best YOU you can be. :)    This email was sent to {EMAIL} by amylee@nucific.com 19528 Ventura Blvd. #343 Tarzana, CA 91356 [Edit Profile]( | [Manage Subscriptions]( | [Report Spam](  These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables.
