Plus, a look at the exciting project we’ve been working on... just for you! {NAME}, exercising

Plus, a look at the exciting project we’ve been working on... just for you! {NAME}, exercising is hard. I know that probably sounds like a strange thing for a doctor to admit... But trust me, I get it. You’re up early, your days are filled with errands, work, and appointments... and by the time you’ve put dinner on the table, you’re exhausted. Even if you have the time to exercise, you don’t have the energy! But here’s the thing — when you skip out on that daily workout… you’re also missing out on a ton of health benefits your body needs. I’m talking about REAL, noticeable benefits like weight loss, stronger bones and muscles, higher energy levels, better moods, and deeper, more restful sleep. The good news is, you don’t need to spend hours at the gym to get these benefits. You don’t even have to leave your house! Today, I’m going to show you an easy way to “sneak” a workout into your daily routine — and you can do it right after you finish reading this email. (In fact, you can even do it while you read this email.) I call it my 3-Minute “Anywhere” Exercise — here’s how it’s done:  1. Stand with your feet hip-distance apart, holding your hands together over your head. 2. Squeeze your head with your upper arms, then slowly bend your waist sideways to the right. Hold for 30 seconds, then repeat on your left side. 3. Stand up straight, then put your arms out in front of you. Slowly bend your knees into a squat, holding for 5 seconds. Repeat this sequence until you’ve done 10 squats. 4. From a standing position, slowly rise up onto your toes, keeping your knees straight. Hold for 3 seconds, then come back down. Repeat this sequence 10 times. Now this simple exercise will help you get a light, easy workout… but if you’d like to maximize your calorie-burn, without spending hours at the gym... There’s a very simple way to “kick it up a notch.” All you have to do is add a lightweight resistance band to your workout — and you’ll experience a deeper stretch, stronger muscles, and a higher calorie burn. The great thing about resistance bands is they’re designed to work for almost ANY fitness level. (In fact, I often refer to this as the ultimate fitness “hack” — because it’s a simple tool that virtually anyone can use!) I find them to be especially helpful if you’ve struggled to stick to a workout routine… Or if you’ve been meaning to “get back into exercising” after taking time off.  TIP: Choose a low-impact resistance band with minimal resistance. (Unless you’re a fitness pro, too MUCH resistance can actually lessen the impact of your workout.) I also recommend avoiding bands made from rubber or plastic. (Though this type of band is very popular, it’s also flimsy — and it tends to “snap” very easily.) Now, a few months back, I began noticing something... Although the fitness world is filled with resistance bands of all shapes, sizes, and colors… the truth is, most of them are designed for advanced fitness experts with years of workout experience under their belt. Not only that… but they tend to be made from flimsy “stretch rubber” that easily slips and snaps if used incorrectly. So my team and I decided to take matters into our own hands... and we made our own! Our brand new Nucific Resistance Band is made from premium woven fabric that won’t snap or roll — and its lightweight design is ideal for entry-level users. With this simple tool, you can deepen your stretches, tone your muscles, and create your own workouts… without leaving your house! [Subscriber “First Look”: Click here to try our new Nucific Resistance Band (limited edition)]( And get this… Everyone who’s tried it has loved it so far — from the fitness “buffs” here at the Nucific office who are VERY picky about their equipment… To a close friend of mine who is strictly “anti-gym,” but now starts every morning with a new workout. {NAME}, you deserve to feel this fantastic too. I encourage you to add this “fitness hack” to your own routine… And enjoy your journey to a happier, healthier you! To your present and future health, Amy Lee, MD Head of Nutrition  P.S. My team and I designed this resistance band to work for virtually any fitness level — and most individuals can safely participate in light to moderate exercise programs. However, I recommend consulting with your doctor before beginning any new exercise or fitness program. He or she will know what’s best for your unique needs, so be sure to reach out to your healthcare provider first.    This email was sent to {EMAIL} by amylee@nucific.com 19528 Ventura Blvd. #343 Tarzana, CA 91356 [Edit Profile]( | [Manage Subscriptions]( | [Report Spam]( Â

Flesch reading score measures how complex a text is. The lower the score, the more difficult the text is to read. The Flesch readability score uses the average length of your sentences (measured by the number of words) and the average number of syllables per word in an equation to calculate the reading ease. Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables. Usually, a reading ease score of 60-70 is considered acceptable/normal for web copy.
