Since we [announced Little Moon]( as this year’s Contest winner last Tuesday, the band has been kicking into gear, preparing for its Tiny Desk concert and tour. Hours after the big announcement, singer-guitarist Emma and bassist Nathan Hardyman spoke with [NPR’s Ari Shapiro on All Things Considered](. They shared more about the personal story behind their winning song, being “used to not winning” and what it feels like to now have won the Contest after entering four times. The band members and Bob Boilen also [spoke with Utah NPR Member station KUER]( last week. And if that wasn’t enough, Little Moon somehow found time to release a studio version of its winning song, “Wonder Eye,” and an official [music video](. Next month, the band will be hitting the road to headline our [Tiny Desk Contest On The Road tour](.
