The decision could benefit Russian President Vladimir Putin in his country's war on Ukraine.

💊 The drug is harder to find now. Shanta Quilette Develle Carter-Williams began taking it after suffering a stroke at 39. She had to stop using it recently because of how hard it is to find at pharmacies that take her insurance.
💊 Misusing Ozempic for weight loss can harm those who need it most. Because of its scarcity and poor insurance coverage, the drug can cost patients as much as $1,600 a month.
💊 It's very new, and according to Dr. Jorge Rodriguez, we don't know enough about its long-term side effects to recommend it for weight loss.
