The House is debating whether to impeach President Trump a second time on Wednesday.]( Chip Somodevilla/Getty Images House Democrats are on course to impeach President Trump for the second time in 13 months — marking him as [the only president to receive the rebuke twice](. The article of impeachment is expected to be approved on Wednesday, and some key Republicans are on board. Lisa Montgomery, the only woman on federal death row, died by lethal injection early Wednesday after the Supreme Court vacated several lower-court rulings. In 2004, Montgomery murdered Bobbie Jo Stinnett, who was pregnant, and tried to pass the surviving infant off as her own. Her defense team argued that Montgomery had [brain damage and mental illness]( from horrific childhood abuse, including child sex trafficking, gang rape and other physical abuse. In its first ruling related to abortion since Justice Amy Coney Barrett joined the bench, the Supreme Court on Tuesday reinstated a federal rule that limits access to abortion pills. Twitter and Facebook removed Trump's accounts [following the clash at the U.S. Capitol]( and have taken down content supporting last week's siege. Amazon, Google and Apple have also removed the Parler app, which is reportedly used by many of Trump's supporters. In other Twitter news, Fast Company reports that the social media company’s stock took a $5 billion hit on Monday — indicating that [investors are nervous]( about the company’s future without President Trump. The Justice Department is warning the Capitol rioters that it's coming for them. Acting U.S. Attorney Michael Sherwin said Tuesday that [at least 70 people]( have been charged and hundreds of others should expect the same. A Minnesota judge has ruled that the ex-Minneapolis police officer accused of killing George Floyd will stand trial alone. Security forces there have opened fire on protesters, killing dozens. Opposition leaders and journalists have been beaten and arrested. The man at the center of this — Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni — has been in power 35 years. In the presidential election on Thursday, he will be trying to fend off a challenge from Bobi Wine, the 38-year-old singer-turned-politician who has electrified young people across Uganda.
