The House Judiciary Committee signaled Monday that it would begin contempt proceedings against Attorney General William Barr this week. The committee issued a subpoena last month to get an unredacted version of [the Mueller report](. Ahead of final trade talks this week with China, President Trump threatened to impose more tariffs on the country.
