If you haven't noticed, {NAME}, I've shifted a lot of my attention and training towards attorneys, and in particular, estate planning attorneys. Why do you think that is? It's not because I hate loan signings now. It's not because I think loan signings are going way for good. I love loan signings and I know that people will always be buying, selling, and refinancing real estate. But not at the volume we saw from 2020-2022. A few ticks off the prime rate isn't going to spark a surge in refi's, so don't bank on loan signings alone. You have to diversify. That's what I started doing in December 2021. I saw the writing on the wall. And I wanted my phones to keep ringing. So I did what I do. I connected some dots. If there were still millions and millions of documents being notarized, EVEN WITHOUT LOAN SIGNINGS, then where were they? Guess what. Here are three truths that helped make my decision for estate planning appointments: - There's about 100 million Americans that need an estate plan/living trust but don't have one yet (that's a lot of prospects). - You don't have to have an attorney to create a trust. That means I have access to those millions of prospects, even if I don't have any attorney partners yet. - Even though an attorney is not required to create a Living Trust, a notary IS required. In fact, every Living Trust in EVERY STATE requires an average of 6-8 notarizations. Don't panic, plan for it. Until midnight tonight, the Certified Notary Trust Delivery Agent (CNTDA) program is only $248. Do you know what a common trust delivery fee is? $250 per appointment. Get certified. Implement your training. Get a fast return on your investment in yourself. [Start Your Training Here]( I'm in with you. I market to attorneys all day everyday. I teach the exact strategies I used to get four prime attorney clients that had the three V's: Vision, Value, and Volume to provide $2,000 a week in revenue, just for me, as their trust delivery agent. Earlier, I promised to share a couple email scripts I've used in my prospecting efforts. This first example didn't work so well. Check it out. It's worded nicely. It's professional. But very few attorneys responded to it. Read it below: Hi Julie, I’m a mobile notary in [Your Service Area] and I specialize in trust delivery appointments. In fact, I have performed [dozens, hundreds, several] of these appointments and I’m confident I could bring value to your practice and your clients. Consumer behavior is changing everyday, and studies continue to prove that convenience matters more to your clients. I can meet them on their schedule and at their preferred location and help enhance the client experience with your firm. Can we meet to discuss? Not bad, right? But results don't lie. If I sent 1,000 of these out and only three attorneys responded, that's a lot of wasted effort. Later tonight, I'll share the email that really worked well. Catch you later, Bill PS- We extended the sale on the trust delivery certification program because I was traveling and distracted yesterday. I'm not anymore and I'm on my A-game. Please don't miss this chance to start 2024 with fresh wisdom and tools to help you replace your loan signing revenue and build a business that will last no matter what The Fed decides to do with interest rates. Flesch reading score measures how complex a text is. The lower the score, the more difficult the text is to read. The Flesch readability score uses the average length of your sentences (measured by the number of words) and the average number of syllables per word in an equation to calculate the reading ease. Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables. Usually, a reading ease score of 60-70 is considered acceptable/normal for web copy.
