I know your busy, {NAME}. Maybe even overwhelmed on one hand, underhwelmed on the other. It's tough in this business right now, and you it may not be all that you were promised. It's not your fault. The market is weird right now. No one knows what's going to happen. Not really. But we can make some educated guesses. It's an election year. Interest rates will likely drop. This might spark a spike in purchases again, but it's NOT going to spike another refinance boom. If they can help it, people are not going to refi from 3% interest to 5 or 6% interest, unless they have a really, really, really good reason. So as you plan your year, enjoy the spike (if it comes) but DO NOT STOP your pursuit of additional streams of service and revenue. There is notary life far beyond loan signings. Keep all your engines firing to soar in 2024. To help with that, this Saturday the fabulous Lori Morgan, is hosting her highly-regarded ONLINE Level-Up NSA Summit from 7am-2pm PT. There's no travel required. No hotel stays. No flights. Do it online via Zoom in your pajamas if you want to, but just do it. This year, Lori's running this event Masterclass style with the cream of the crop of industry leaders to teach their methods of success, so you get the results you want no matter what mortgage interest rates are at. All for less than $50. And that includes replays! [Reserve Your Seat]( Take a look at that line-up! From business management and set-up, to online marketing and networking, you're covered. Ready to make 2024 different than last year? It starts with doing things differently. Start now and join us at the 2024 Level-Up Summit! Bill PS- I love how simple our business can be as a mobile notary. Clients come from two general locations only- our online visibility and our network of relationships. You know more people than you realize. Look at your phone text messages. Look at your email. Your friends list on Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram. Most people think they know less than a hundred people until they look. Then they realize they know hundreds, sometimes thousands. This network is valuable to you, especially when you're valuable to them. I've written six articles on how you can foster your network of friends, family, colleagues, co-workers, and prospects that either already know, like, and trust you, or want to. I supplied the links to all six below. Enjoy the Sunday read and get ready for Saturday's Level Up event that will propel you into 2024. [The Secret Tool For Notary Success]( [Four Books That Helped Me Embrace Networking (Even as an Introvert)]( [The Unlimited Referral List: Loyalty is More Than Meets the Eye]( [How to Make an Attorney Prospect List]( [How to Make Memorable Introductions Within Your Professional Network]( [The Quadrangle of Trust](    [Unsubscribe]( | Sent by NotaryCoach.com 18631 N. 19th Ave, Suite 158-150 • Phoenix, AZ • 85027

The Flesch readability score uses the average length of your sentences (measured by the number of words) and the average number of syllables per word in an equation to calculate the reading ease. Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables.
