{NAME}, It will probably suprise you to learn that my prospecting system for attorneys when seeking to provide trust delivery and notary services OR to showcase the Gotary directory are pretty much the same. We overthink things too much. Trust me, I'm a pro at overthinking. But prospecting, aka relationship-building/cold calling/sales, is pretty simple. Below is my five step prospecting system. I use this everyday as I show off our notaries on Gotary.com. [The Gotary sale ends tomorrowÂ]( My Attorney Prospecting System Ready First, you need a list to work from. I call it my Fab 100 list. It's comprised of at least 100 prospects I may want to do business with. If you're in a big city, you may have hundreds of prospects (I'm currently working from a list of over 3,500 estate planning attorneys and wealth advisors). Where to find prospects? Be resourceful. You have the world at your fingertips and you don't need permission, nor instruction, on how to use the internet. Tinker around a bit. You'll find your ideal clients everywhere. - Google - Attorney (or industry) directories - LinkedIn Aim - Create initial outreach email. - Review your prospect list and start following on LinkedIn. - Research each of them for personalization of your emails. Fire - Send Emails EVERYDAY. You choose how many. Hormozi says if you were serious, you'd make 100 sales contacts every day. I aim for 5-30 depending on my schedule and I send them manually (no bulk email systems or automation yet). - Schedule follow-ups. You won't win this game with a hit-it-and-quit-it mentality. You can't send just one email. The fortune really is in the follow-up. Sometimes conversations happen, sometimes they don't. If they don't, repeat the process again in 3-6 months. Timing is everything. This is the exact system I use to spead the word about the professional notaries we feature on Gotary.com We're not relying soley on search engine optimization to drive traffic to you on Gotary. Yes, online visibility is important, but in professons like those in the Triangle of Trust (Attorneys, Wealth Advisors, CPA's), relationships and reputation matter too. That's why I have conversations with them everyday. I want them to have a face and a voice to match the directory of the world's best notaries. That gets YOU hired more. I'll market and promote you on Gotary. You deliver stellar services. Deal? See you on Gotary! Bill PS- The New Year's promotion for Gotary.com ends tomorrow (Wednesday) at 11:59pm PT. It's more than 60% off the usual price of $228 per year. That means you get twelve full months on Gotary for just $90. We're not making it this cheap again. This is your last chance to get the lowest price Gotary will ever be. And, we'll lock-in your price so it will always only be $90 for you every year. [Join Gotary for $90 Per Year](    [Unsubscribe]( | Sent by NotaryCoach.com 18631 N. 19th Ave, Suite 158-150 • Phoenix, AZ • 85027
