{NAME}, Over the last week, I've been telling you about the training we did yesterday called, The New Boom for Notaries: Living Trust Presentations. [The replay is here]( I shared with you why I chose to make this pivot to estate planning documents in my own personal appointments. I even mentioned some staggering statistics about the millions of people who need an estate plan, like a living trust, but don't yet have one... Which is why the over 200,000 estate planning attorneys in this country are feeling pretty confident about the growth of their law firms. They have plenty of prospects! But maybe you've heard it all before. Blah, blah, blah. Loan signings are dead. Yadda, yadda, yadda. The market is saturated. Blah. Blah. Blah. I don't blame you for being skeptical! We've enjoyed a delicious 2-3 year rainstorm where loan signings were falling from the sky, and to make money it seemed like all we had to do was answer a ring or a ding. Then it stopped. Like, drought-level stopped. And then dozens of new courses and promises emerged. Some delivered. Many did not. You allowed yourself to hope and dream again, and then you were disappointed...again. I've ridden this roller coaster many times throughout the life of my business, and even as an optimist, there were many times I questioned whether I could pull myself, and my notary business, out of the rut I was in. But I persisted. I carried on with action, sometimes barely a step, but a step nonetheless. But more than taking action, I persisted with hope. I believed I could and so I did. But, my god, did I need a little push and inspiration every now and again! Authors, leaders, and teachers, seemed to show up with the perfect message at the perfect time. I hope this message, and the accompanying training replay, is that for you. It's easy to become numb to all the ads and messages we see all day. Ever'body got something to sell these days. But this opportunity you have, as a credentialed professional, and great defender of integrity, and the last line of defense against mortgage fraud and identity theft, IS the exact vehicle for building a life of purpose and income you may have only dreamed about one day. Especially, right now. In fact, I'd even say there has never been a better time to be a mobile notary. Not so much for loan signings, although we know we can always count on that housing market cycle to come back soon. But what if you really could build a notary business unreliant on housing trends and interest rates? What if you didn't have to suffer low-ball fees from signing companies? There IS notary life beyond loan signings, and it's a big, good life. That's what this living trust training is all about-expanding horizons and claiming your spot as a true independent notary and business person. All those attorneys I just mentioned are going to need your help as the boots-on-the-ground notary that can help them serve more clients, impact more lives and yes, earn more revenue for their firms. YOU make good sense for law firms. See, here's what I've learned after speaking to nearly 100 attorneys as I made the pivot to living trust presentations: - Many estate planning attorneys are solo-preneurs just like you and I, so we have a lot of shared challenges. - Many estate planning attorneys are in this field because they have a passion to help people (usually ignited by a tragic family story). - And most attorneys have no idea there is an entire community of passionate, well-trained notaries eager to serve and help them build their practice. That's the opportunity at hand. I don't want you to miss it. I'm hoping that if you're feeling lost or disappointed with your notary business, or that if you've lost hope completely, that you'll give this replay a listen. You were called here for a reason. Maybe this, working with families that are finally taking the steps to secure their legacy and protect their loved ones, is what you've been looking for. [Watch the replay here]( For me, and SO many other notaries, these appointments I take now as a Trust Delivery Agent (we talk all about that term in the training) are more rewarding than my loan signing appointments. And I didn't think that would be possible! There's a different energy, one of relief and satisfaction, when your executing documents that help people declare their wishes and protect the legacy they've worked their whole life to build. As a trust delivery agent, you'll deliver more than documents and simple notarization. You'll deliver peace of mind. And I don't know very many business opportunities that legitimately deliver on that promise AND compensate you so well. This could be the dawn of a new age in your notary business. The first step is to watch this training. The second step? You'll know. Enjoy the dawn! Bill PS- I'm writing you from 35,000 feet, staring down at Lake Tahoe, as I journey to Long Beach for the Notary Family networking event. This one is completely sold out! Attending peer connection events is an important part of your business planning. We need each other! Choose five peer networking events to attend every year and watch yourself (and your joy and revenue) THRIVE. Where else should I go this year? Where will you be?   [Unsubscribe]( | Sent by NotaryCoach.com 18631 N. 19th Ave, Suite 158-150 • Phoenix, AZ • 85027
