Hey {NAME}! I won't keep you too long on a holiday weekend. Tomorrow, I finalize the numbers for our special "Caddyshack Top Golf" event in Scottsdale on June 5. We'll all be in town for the NNA Conference and thought it would be fun to get together and cheese out on some "golf", food, and drinks. You don't have to be good at golf. This is more like bowling or darts with a golf club. I'm terrible at golf, and find this Top Golf to be fun and entertaining. Plus, it's so much about the golf as it is about the people you'll hang out with. We'll have a couple of the bays reserved for just 50 of notaries and influencers from the community for two hours starting at 7:30pm that night. - Food is included. - All beverages are included (even premium booze). - I have eight spots open. The price is $50 and you must reserve right now so I can confirm with the venue (for that reason, there is no refunds). [Reserve Your Spot Here]( We have a Caddyshack theme happening here, so we'll have prizes for the cheesiest thrift store style golf outfits (please don't buy anything new-it's only for cheesy fun). I'm hosting the event with NBB founders, Laura Biewer and Jen Neitzel. Much of the cast and crew from NBB will be there too! - Sue and Gary Hope (NBB & Notary Assist) - Judi Lawrence (NBB & World of Apostilles) - Nina Penny (NBB & Reverse Mortgage Specialist) - Zion Brock (NBB Faculty,) - Trisha White (NBB Liason) - Jon Braddock (My Life and Wishes) - Stephanie & Mike Maloney (Premiere Estate Planning) - Amy Moses (EscrowTab) - Susi Sivkov (NNA) - Janae Blatch (Florida Academy of Notaries) - Matt Miller (California League of Independent Notaries) Plus 25-30 other high performing notaries you want to connect with! YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE ATTENDING CONFERENCE IN ORDER TO JOIN US. All notaries are welcome! [Get your ticket here]( Hope to see you there and have some fun! Flesch reading score

Flesch reading score measures how complex a text is. The lower the score, the more difficult the text is to read. The Flesch readability score uses the average length of your sentences (measured by the number of words) and the average number of syllables per word in an equation to calculate the reading ease. Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables. Usually, a reading ease score of 60-70 is considered acceptable/normal for web copy.
