This is an interesting time in our industry, {NAME}. Opportunity is everywhere. Especially if you've been focusing on nailing your business. What's it mean to nail it? Get good at it. That's all. Refine your systems. Learn new hacks. Implement tools and strategies that make you more efficient. Honor your client relationships. And make some money at this, doing what you love. Once you have nailed it, you're likely looking to scale it. And there are lots of ways to scale this business. From my own experience, I started a signing company, which led to a training program, which led to what you know Notary Coach is today. I've seen others start directories, live training classes, in-service training for medical staff and attorneys, escrow training outreach, RON platforms, journals, and more. And that doesn't even include all the different service and revenue streams we can add to our business model under the Notary Umbrella. Opportunity is literally everywhere. But, here's the deal. If you want to build a team, you gotta get that phone to ring. Whether you want a "team" of Notaries working for you, or a "team" of students learning from you, or other teachers you hire, you'll need to bring business in. Where does business come from? Two places; - People; - Technology. People are all your replationships you cultivate for referrals, connections, and orders. Technology represents all the strategies and tools you use to bring people into your orbit- SEO, car signage, websites, platforms, etc. You must optimize these two customer streams as you move through your business. The first step though is that potential customers have to be able to find you so they can become current or previous customers. That's how money is made. So these potential customers MUST be able to find you when they need you. Then you you can make it rain for your team. Get your Google Business Profile dialed-in. It is THE most powerful and free tool you have at your disposal from the most powerful and free search engine in the world. [Jim Allen offers a class on that THIS Sunday May 15 at 8:00am PT.]( Take what you learn about keywords, services, photos, and posting, and apply that to the rest of your digital presence too-websites and social media. Watch your world open up. Phones start to ring & ding. Sure, it may take a little time, depending on where you are in the country, but this WILL work. You're one step closer to rainmaker. Nail it. Scale it. Bill PS- Jim Allen's Google Business Profile course is a two hour live Zoom call with lots of Q & A and step by step training. It's only $150 and you'll be in a small, intimate group of about 20-30 fellow Notaries from across the country.
