Good Morning {NAME}, My friend and NBB faculty member, Judi Lawrence is leading a FREE online even

Good Morning {NAME}, My friend and NBB faculty member, Judi Lawrence is leading a FREE online event tomorrow called "60 Apostille Minutes." [Register Here]( This is a no-nonsense Q & A session with TWO government officials that understand apostilles inside and out, plus Judi, the "Queen of Apostilles," and several other commentators that work as apostille agents and couriers across the country, are on-hand and ready to deliver their wisdom. Talk about the horse's mouth! You can listen in as questions are asked and answered for sixty minutes straight OR you can submit your own question too. Take notes because the role of apostille agent is rewarding in many ways: - You get to help people navigate a bureaucratic process that can be confusing at times; - You get to help people save time and money; - You get to be part of some life event for someone, which can be exciting; - And you get to earn fees that are NOT restricted by some state legislature (like notary fees are). Being an apostille agent is a win-win! One of the biggest misconceptions I hear from notaries (and even influencers) online is that they don't understand why the public would pay someone to handle the apostille process when they can do it cheaper on their own. Fair question. But we see that everyday. I could mow my own lawn, but I pay a team to do it for me. I could clean my own house, but, well, we know that's not going to happen. I could cook my own dinner tonight, but I'm feeling frisky and I'm going out. In order to save time, energy, resources, and peace of mind, people will pay for convenience. And here's the thing about apostilles... Even though some apostilles are pretty simple, the process can quickly escalate into confusion. There comes into question things like: - Where was the document originated (Simple on the surface, but it's not for someone who has never done this before). - What country will the apostilled document be used in? - Is that country a "Hague country" or not? - If not, what's the document legalization process? Does the document need to also get to the embassy? If a member of the public submits the wrong form to the wrong place, or pays the wrong amount for state processing fees, or includes the wrong return envelope, the apostille request could get rejected... Which costs... Time & Money. As a trained apostille agent, you'll know the answer to these questions, or know exactly where to go to find the answers. That's how apostille agents earn their fees. Knowledge & Expertise. Two of the most valuable assets a person can have, and guess what... No one can ever take them from you. So, block out an hour tomorrow and learn the art of apostille from the best. "60 Apostille Minutes" starts at 2:00pm Eastern time, but Judi's team will open the room at 1:50pm to let everyone in and explain the rules of efficiency. [Register for FREE Training call here]( If you can't make the live call, Judi's team will record for replay later. But seriously... You'll have two experts from two different Secretary of State offices on the call. Try and be there LIVE. You have questions... They have answers.  To Your Prosperity, Bill  PS- When you add lines of service, like "apostille agent" to your business, it's the perfect excuse to reach out to your network and share the good news. Send them an email (with some of the info I just shared up top), or a quick enthusiastic text message, or record a one minute video to send to previous clients with an update. That's how you stay top of mind. The FREE Standard version of the TOMM app by Notary Coach can help make something like that easier and trackable. In TOMM, you can create a free resource link to a video you create, and then send it out to your top prospects. When they open and watch it, you'll get a notification. That makes "perfect-timing follow-up" easy. Want to see a sample of a video we created for you in TOMM? [Watch Video Here]( Tools like this video, and the survey I sent yesterday, are part of the FREE Standard version of TOMM. [Download TOMM Here](  [Unsubscribe]( | Sent by NotaryCoach.com 1415 Commercial Avenue, #237 • Anacortes, WA • 98221
