Nearly seven years ago to the day, {NAME}, I posted one of my most popular YouTube videos, "How to Make $100,000 a Year as a Mobile Notary & Signing Agent." That video shared the path I found to six-figure success and inspired thousands of others to do the same. When I originally set a six-figure goal, it was a pipe dream. I had never made that much in my life. And I was in a desperate situation. I had to make money...and "fast." And it worked. That prospecting method, I call my "Daily Do's," paved the way to six figures as a loan signing agent. But... Six figures isn't all it's cracked up to be. Making just a hundred grand a year, after taxes and expenses, isn't some unachievable wealth dream. It's basic survival at this point. That's how much we need to earn to "scrape by" these days. But just like my video demonstrates, $100k...or $200k, or even $400k, is very possible as a mobile notary in the age of convenience. Do the math. How much do you want to make? Help me out with easy math here, and let's say you do want to make $100,000 this year. Let's reverse engineer it. If you take two weeks off, AND take weekends off, to make $100,000 per year, you need to earn $400 per day, five days per week, 50 weeks per year. - 5 x $400 = $2,000 - $2,000 x 50= $100,000 The faster you can make $400 daily, the easier this gets right? So you have two options: - Take more appointments at less money; - Or take less appointments for more money. There are at least four ways to earn more per appointment under the notary umbrella: - Fingerprinting (no notary commission required-just recommended) - Apostille Agent (no notary commission required-just recommended) - Loan Signing Agent - Trust Delivery Agent These last two, I have personally generated multiple six figure results with. And my future focus is on trust delivery for estate planning professionals. THIS is the next big boom for mobile notary entrepreneurs. There are millions of people in this country "shoulding" all over themselves about their estate planning documents: - "I should have a last will & testament..." - "We should probably have a family trust..." - "I wish I had an Advance Medical Directive..." - "We really should have our affairs in order...just in case" And because there are tens of millions of people in need of these services, there are hundreds of thousands of service providers eager to take care of them and create their important documents. And many of these documents, in fact, MOST of these documents will require notarization from a professional, AND convenient, mobile notary. That's where you come in! There's all kinds of estate planning documents, but the most comprehensive and lucrative are called, Living Trusts. You don't have to create them (attorneys and legal document preparers do that). But you can better serve these estate planning professionals, and members of the public who choose to do it on their own, with the skillful presentation and execution of trust documents, with special training. Don't overthink this: EXECUTION = SIGNING Then you notarize where applicable. This is so similar to loan signing (but way better) that it will blow your mind. And, the best part... You get to earn an incredibly fair fee while helping people attain peace of mind. The bundled fees for trust delivery range from $100-$300 per appointment. Do the math. What if you were paid $200 per trust delivery appointment (our partner firm pays $250). I just shared with you that you only need to make $400 a day to hit six figures... So you're looking at two appointments per day. Doable? I already know it is because I did it. Not easy, no. But absolutely possible. You need attorney clients with the "Three V's": - Vision: They have to be driven by a higher vision for th eimpact they'll make on the world or their family. - Value: They have to recognize the value YOU bring to the table (literally) in making their vision come alive faster and better...and be willing to compensate you appropriately. - Volume: They have to have enough clients to keep you busy! How do you find clients like this? That's where I can help. Listen, I want you to succeed. I LOVE this business and I LOVE sharing it.
