We're complicated, we humans, {NAME}. We like to overthink things... We tend to project our current knowledge and beliefs on things... Holy cow... I thought I was an overthinker. Some of y'all are showing me up! And I love it. The role you play as a notary public is an important one. Integrity is key. You have to know what you can do... And what you can't... But... Don't go too overboard with this. You ARE a notary public. So... You CAN notarize documents (as long as all the rules for your state are met, yadda, yadda, yadda-we're on the same page). Here's how we define a trust delivery agent: A Trust Delivery Agent is a credentialed notary that has undergone advanced training and testing to better serve the public and estate planning professionals in the skillful presentation and execution of trust documents. This is almost identical to the role of loan signing agent (except with a lot less printing and BS). - Trust delivery is NOT creating documents. - Trust delivery is NOT advising customers about what they need and don't need. - Trust delivery is NOT the unauthorized practice of law. Trust delivery is simply helping people by notarizing their living trust documents in a professional manner that allows for a smooth and orchestrated experience. It's a loan signing without the mortgage. All you do is show up wearing professional attire and a good attitude. Can you do that? Check. Then you briefly describe the document as you lay it in front of the signer. No explanation of what it does, or what happens. Just a brief description. Then... Gather signatures, both on notarized documents AND the notarized documents. Sound familiar yet? Loan signing agents do this EVERY time. Then, on documents that require notarization... NOTARIZE. It's simple. Not worth overthinking or coming up with some excuse why you can't do this in your state. You are simply notarizing important estate planning documents. And you're doing it in a manner that provides even more value to your client relationships. The fee structure works similar to loan signings too. You can earn a bundled fee ranging between $100-$300 per appointment. Here's the thing... You find what you seek. Are you looking for a way to YES... or are you looking for a way to NO. Choose wisely, my friend. Your future depends on it. Bill PS- You're getting this message because the email associated with this account STILL has not taken advantage of the FREE trust delivery agent training bundle I created with Laura Biewer and Jen Neitzel. You can't wait forever and hope that call volume goes back up to pandemic-era levels. It's not happening. You MUST diversify beyond loan signings, and helping people notarize estate planning documents is the most logical way to do it. [Take the FREE training here]( RISK FREE For real... The training is FREE. I can't even offer you a moneyback guarantee because the FREE training bundle is...FREE. We don't even ask for a credit card. I can't charge you! PLEASE just watch the two training videos, read the 38 page marketing guide I wrote, and explore the Mutual Prospecting Portal. For the love of your business... PLEASE. Just watch it. Stop overthinking it. Trust that me and my AMAZING collaborators might actually be the real deal. We WANT you to succeed. [Get Free Training here](    [Unsubscribe]( | Sent by NotaryCoach.com 1415 Commercial Avenue, #237 • Anacortes, WA • 98221
