You're part of an incredibly loving notary community, {NAME}. Yesterday, I shared some of the heat I've received from my "haters" since we released the new[Certified Notary Trust Delivery Agent]( program. And while the email triggered a few of them to pop back up, there was an overwhelming response of love. That love is what keeps me in this business. [(If you're not in the mood for a long email, you're going to be disappointed. If you want to cut to the chase, get out of your own way, and finally trust I'm here to help you succeed, then just sign-up for my FREE estate planning notarization/trust delivery training here)]( Sure, I enjoy the customers I sign and notarize for, on their best days, and their worst. But working with notaries in various capacities through the years has been an unexpected joy. This community is filled with passionate and caring notary entrepreneurs that are committed to helping people while earning a great living. That's probably why you're here too! And if you want to keep helping people, you have to adapt to their needs. They don't need your refinance notarization expertise anymore. How do we know? The market tells you. It told me wayyyyy back in December 2021. My personal signing revenue, as well as that of my signing company was dipping, and dipping fast. You probably know what that feels like, right? Maybe you're feeling that worry, that fear, that uncertainty, right now. It doesn't feel good, and right then I recognized the need to find a replacement for my loan signing revenue. Not just for me, but for my incredible signing team... And for you too. My peers. My colleagues. My friends. We're bonded in a business we love and if we want to keep operating and loving it, we have to seek new sources of revenue. So down the rabbit hole I went. If there were over one billion documents notarized every year, and only 350 million of them were attributed to the mortgage industry, could there be a specialty niche under the notary umbrella that we could tap into that was even bigger and greater than loan signings? BEHOLD... ...Notarizing estate planning documents. Now, now, calm down, sit back down in your chair. Let's not get too crazy. As exciting as it is, notarizing estate planning documents is actually pretty simple. And, for one particular service for Living Trusts, we call it "trust delivery." We didn't reinvent the wheel. Notaries have been doing these types of appointments for decades, arbitrarily when a member of the public Googles "notary near me" after an attorney says, "here's your trust, now get this notarized." This flim-flam approach is what most notaries are used to when it comes to notarizing estate planning documents. It's worked for many notaries, for years (hence, why I have so many haters after introducing this opportunity up to the masses). But even though flim-flam has worked, it leaves a lot on the table. By focusing on this Specialty Notary Work (SNW), by which I mean targeting your ideal customers, adapting your language and content, and enhancing your skills, you can actually create more of this type of work for yourself. What happens when you serve more clients? You make more money. Those clients are likely to refer you to even more clients. To help more people. To make more money. What's crazy about this is the estate planning industry, the 216,000 professionals eager to serve the 33 million+ Americans that don't have an estate plan yet, had no idea we were here & ready to help. I reach out to nearly 500 estate planning attorneys every week, simply to tell them about our Certified Notary Trust Delivery Agents and the Gotary directory that houses them. They're blown away when I tell them how much training we put notaries through in order to better serve them, and the public. One attorney was moved to tears. She's a solo law firm with a virtual office that chose estate planning as her specialty because she wanted to help families avoid the chaos surrounding incapacitation and impending death, such as what happened to her family. And she felt so alone. She has to market, advertise, network, prep documents, meet with clients, AND perform the signing ceremony and notarize (sound familiar? She wears ALL the hats!). Exhausting. Especially when she has to be in two places at one time. That doesn't work very well, BTW, I tried it. She immediately recognized the value a trained professional mobile notary could bring her firm. And she had no idea we existed. So she cried. Tears of joy and relief. There were others like her. This trust delivery service is what she needed...and she didn't even know it. That's why I say things like, "This is the wild west," or "this is the new frontier," or... "THIS IS THE NEXT BIG BOOM FOR MOBILE NOTARIES." {NAME}, you love helping people. Why else would you have read an email THIS long (smile). Seriously, you, me, your peers, we love to help people. And helping people secure their legacy and protect their families is a whole new level of "helping." We have to pivot. We have to shift. We have to listen to the market. If you've resisted me so far, and you have not yet taken my FREE training on trust delivery and estate planning notarization, PLEASE do it now. Otherwise... Why are you here? If you're waiting for another refinance boom, it's going to be a minute. A looooooooong minute. Exercise your LOVE for helping people in a different, yet oh so similar way. Notarize their estate planning documents. And get intentional about it! [Take the FREE trust delivery agent training bundle here]( Look at what some of our 735 certified graduates have said:  "I have been doing Estate Planning work for years but after reading your Beyond Loan Signings I knew I had to join this training." " 9 days after getting my CNTDA credential- I now have 3 direct estate attorneys who have selected me to be there dedicated notary to conduct their delivery ceremonies in my area." "I can see that you guys went all out in creating the contents of the course. I am so blown away with how you anticipate and covers all possible areas. The examples and downloads are so on point, I truly appreciate how thorough this course is. Excellent work!!" I get it. These comments aren't as fun and spicy as the "hater's," but still, this is important. This work matters. You make a difference. And this focused specialty work helps more people too. That's why we're ALL here... To help more people. So, let's do it! [Get the free training bundle here]( Get your foot in the door, tap into the love, and let's build a business that thrives...
