It's so weird what people choose to hate on, {NAME}. When we rolled out the [Certified Notary Trust Delivery Agent (CNTDA)]( program last year, I though my hater's heads were going to explode. - "You're charging to teach notaries how to notarize estate planning documents???!!! That should be FREE!" - "Like it's hard to notarize estate planning documents??? You're a scammer!" - "Notaries should know how to do this anyway! I can't believe you're charging for this!" - "This is ridiculous! I notarize estate planning documents all the time from clients who find me on Google. A CERTIFICATION IS NOT REQUIRED FOR THIS WORK!!! STOP RIPPING PEOPLE OFF!!" Haters gonna hate, so it really doesn't matter what I would have done here, I'd still hear about it. They'll always be mad about something. And, they're not entirely wrong. - You can probably find free training about notarizing estate planning documents. - It's really not that hard to notarize estate planning documents, especially if you're trained on the notarial acts for your state. - Which makes number three true too, yep, notaries SHOULD know how to notarize estate planning documents. - And number four, my favorite cuz it's true, you absolutely do NOT need a certification in order to notarize estate planning documents. But... Do you see the common theme in their case against me and the CNTDA program? It's all about the documents. That's an important component of a successful trust delivery, for sure. But... What good does it do ANYONE if you can expertly notarize estate planning documents but have no customers???? That's why the Certified Notary Trust Delivery Agent goes beyond document training. I mean, it's there, for sure. In fact, one of the nation's TOP notary experts, Laura Biewer delivers what we call our "Signing Table Mastery" module. We include the sample documents, a full trust delivery mock appointment, scripts to briefly describe (never explain) the most common trust documents. Plus... We built this course, and the Signing Table Mastery module in particular, with an attorney advisory team to help ensure we stay in our lane as notary trust delivery agents and never slip into the unauthorized practice of law. So, yeah, we take documents very seriously in the [CNTDA]( program. But we didn't stop there. We built this program to help notaries tap into a new line of revenue that is completely untethered to mortgage interest rates so you could replace your loan signing income right now with trust delivery income. That means... We had to show you how to get clients! That's why nearly half the CNTDA program is committed to specific strategies to help you connect with your ideal clients as a trust delivery agent. Who are your clients for trust delivery? - Estate planning attorneys - Legal document preparers - Trust/estate plan companies - The public! The CNTDA program offers you scripts, strategies, keywords and phrases, and so much more to boost your online visibility and enhance your professional relationships. Then we added bonus after bonus, like: - Continuing education with a nationwide estate planning firm - Sales strategies with a CEO who markets to estate planning attorneys everyday - Lifetime profile listing on the directory of the world's best notaries as a CNTDA Look, I'm not going to ask you to buy anything today. Like I said, a certification isn't even required to do this work. But what I will ask you to do is to simply look at this trust delivery opportunity. It's real. Certification or not, you can start earning income right now by notarizing the estate planning documents of the nearly 33-180 million Americans that do not yet have an estate plan, but need one. Or... You could better serve the nearly 216,000 estate planning professionals across the country that are trying to help families protect their assets and their legacies. Every single living trust, in every single state, requires a notarization (usually 6-8 of them). Some of the biggest estate planning firms in the country are signing 300-1,000 living trusts per month, with huge goals to scale that up in the coming years. And guess what... They need boots-on-the-ground mobile notaries to make that happen. But you have to know what you're doing and you have to find a way to stand out from the crowd. To help you do that, we created the [FREE Trust Delivery Agent Training Bundle](. The FREE training includes: - Full industry overview and how trust delivery is similar and different to loan signings. PLUS, we'll share typical fees you can expect as a trust delivery agent. - How to successfully orchestrate and execute a living trust. - A 38 page attorney marketing guide to help you get more clients NOW. - Full access to our Mutual Prospecting Portal so you can start earning from referrals right away It's completely FREE. My haters may hate, no matter what, but I want you to know I'm here and on a mission to help you succeed. Start with the free training. If you see the value of the certification, jump on it right away (there's a special offer once you get the free training bundle). As of right this minute, there are only 745 Certified Notary Trust Delivery Agents in the entire country, all willing to serve 216,000 estate planning professionals and 33 million+ members of the public. [Get the free training bundle and special offer here]( We've disrupted the industry. We've pissed a few people off, especially those that liked the opportunity kept secret, and those that prefer more "passive" opportunities. But for those that are hungry and ready to create their own future, one unreliant on housing industry cycles and lowball signing companies, with millions of prospects, then the trust delivery opportunity is for you. Cheers to your bright future, Bill  [Unsubscribe]( | Sent by NotaryCoach.com 1415 Commercial Avenue, #237 • Anacortes, WA • 98221
