. Our primary focus now is to provide as good a service as possible to those customers affected

[Logo] Dear Reward Member, We’re all experiencing some turbulent times these days and with this in mind, we at Norwegian Reward want to give you as a member a brief update. Below you’ll find a short summary of what’s happened so far and what will happen next. And afterwards, we’ll also bring you some good news! What happened? The majority of our aircraft that we would usually use to fly you and our other 10 million members to new destinations around the world are now grounded, although some of the planes are still operating domestic routes in Scandinavia. Do you have tickets you can't or prefer not to use? We're offering several flexible options for existing and new bookings if you need to rearrange your travel plans. We’re now giving you the opportunity to either change your flights or to convert your tickets to travel credit in CashPoints. You can find more information about this [here](. Our primary focus now is to provide as good a service as possible to those customers affected by cancellations, while at the same time preparing to get through the crisis and continue operations as before when society returns to normal. We want to say a big thank you for all the support and positivity from so many of you. Some members will now need help to rearrange travel plans. It’s a very busy time for our Customer Care Team who are working around the clock to get back to inquiries, and unfortunately there are still some delays. Thank you very much for your patience and understanding! [Thankyou] What happens next? We will continue to work hard for Norwegian to still be a company that creates excitement and travel enjoyment; a company that dares to challenge the established and a company in which thousands of dedicated employees can meet for work every day. Some good news for our members: To ensure our members keep their well-deserved Rewards while Norwegian’s services are reduced, we have decided to temporarily extend the qualification period for Rewards and pause their expiration. When looking at qualifying flights, instead of counting the number of flights you’ve taken over the last 12 months, we’ll count the number of flights taken from 1 March 2019. We’ll also delay the expiration of Rewards for at least two months. Finally, we would like to thank you for the journey we have had so far and warmly welcome you on board again as the journey continues. Take care of yourself and your loved ones.  Best regards, Norwegian Reward You are receiving this email at {EMAIL} because you are a member of Norwegian Reward. Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables.
