{NAME}, Hello from NYC! Can you believe it's March already? The year is flying by, though February was a pretty solid month. I'm in a good routine here at home, writing a new book, editing a new edition of my budget travel guide, and hitting the gym. I'm starting improv classes soon too! I'm excited to try new things in 2024. As for points & miles, here's what's new this week: First, one of my favorite hotel cards has almost doubled its welcome offer. 155,000 points are on the table, plus you have six months to meet the minimum spend. I like welcome offers with longer timeframes as they're a lot easier to earn with regular spending. This card also offers 4x points on restaurants and U.S. supermarkets. [It's the first card on this list](=) if you want to check it out. Second, ICYMI, we're hosting another points and miles webinar! This event is for new travel hackers and covers the basics of getting started, picking the right card, avoiding common pitfalls, and how travel hacking actually works. If you want to start earning free flights and hotel stays in 2024, this is the event for you. [It's on March 26th at 7pm ET. You can sign up here](=). (If you sign up, you'll get a recording of the event in case you can't make the time.) Third, it's your last week for the highest welcome offer I've ever seen. A whopping 300,000 points are on offer, so if you've been waiting to pull the trigger, now is the time. The necessary spending is high, but if you have a business with spending that can meet the minimum, it's a great offer. I can't name the card due to bank rules, but [it's the first card on the list in this post](). Finally, I'm speaking at The Travel Summit this April! This conference is dedicated to points and miles, with Q&As, workshops, mixers, and tons of presentations. The conference is in Toronto from April 26–28, 2024 and tickets are $399 CAD ([you can get your ticket here](). Use code NOMADICMATT to get $25 off. As always, if you need a new card, don't forget to check our updated posts! We update all of our card posts regularly to ensure you find the best travel credit card for your needs and budget. These posts can get you started: - [My Favorite Travel Credit Cards]() - [The Best Hotel Travel Cards](=) - [The Best Airline Credit Cards]( - [The Best Premium Travel Cards](=) - [The Best No-Fee Credit Cards]( If you’re in Canada, [check out this website for new card offers](. For Brits, [click here for offers](=). For Aussies and Kiwis, [check out here](. That's it for today! If you have any questions on points and miles, ask away. Sincerely, Nomadic Matt P.S. - If you're planning on traveling soon, we're hosting an informative webinar this week all about travel insurance and travel safety. It will cover everything you need to know to ensure you stay safe while abroad.
