{NAME}, Greetings from NYC! August might be almost over but I didn’t let it slip away. [Post-TB quarantine](=), I’ve been busy! Last week, I started working with a trainer as well as boxing classes. I started writing a new version of my book on budget travel for the post-COVID world (finally), saw a Broadway show (Sweeney Todd. It was good!), caught up with friends, and just crammed as much summer into one month as possible. I also went back to Saint Tropez, France for a friend's birthday. I'd never been before. It was the bougie, expensive place I thought it was. Rich people, celebrities, models, ostentatious displays of wealth...the whole nine yards. While I'm glad I got to check it off my experience bucket list and got some good bonding time with friends, I don't need to go back. I'd much rather be in a tiny little French village at a wine bar talking to locals. Trips like this always re-center me because they remind me of what I love (connecting with people) and don't love (touristy, non-cultural travel). On a separate note, a lot of you have been asking us about 2024 tours. As of now, we are going to take a break from offering tours. We have some changes happening on the team and we're re-evaluating future tours. I can't say when — or if — we will bring them back. But we have THREE final tours going this year in October!
