{NAME}, Hello from Bologna, Italy! I just got here and am excited to spend the rest of the week exploring this city. I hear it's an awesome place for food and I plan to eat my weight in....well, everything! If you don't already [follow me on Instagram](), be sure to do so as I'm posting lots of pictures and tips from this trip through Europe. Last weekend, I visited Innsbruck, Austria. It was incredible. Majestic mountains, tons of scenic hiking, gorgeous buildings, friendly people, and great restaurants. I spent three days there and could easily have stayed longer. It's definitely a place I want to return to. However, while there, I caught a cold so I've been resting for the last couple of days. Whenever I travel for multiple weeks (this trip is three weeks), I always like to build in a rest day every 10 days or so. Amazingly, I got sick on day 10 so that timing worked out. I spent a couple of days in Trento resting (didn't see much besides the castle), working, reading, and sleeping. I don't think enough people take days off when they travel. You move a lot on the road and it wears you down. You need at least one day where you don't need to see anything and can sleep late, relax, and rest. Your body and soul will thank you. Travel is a battery and it needs time to recharge. And, now that I am recharged, it's time for more pasta and gelato! [Reminder, we are running a tour to Romania in June]() and we only have THREE SPOTS LEFT!!!!
