{NAME}, Happy New Year! With the holidays over, I'm finally getting back into the swing of things. I don't have any new books to suggest just yet but I'm already reading a ton this year so stay tuned for updates next month! In the meantime, you can check out my list of [the best books I read in 2022]( if you're looking for suggestions to kickstart the new year. Additionally, be sure to join our next virtual book club event on January 31st. We'll be sitting down with Karen Gershowitz, author of Travel Mania: Stories of Wanderlust. It's a vivid story of how one woman found her strength, power, and passion through travel.[Click here to join our free book club event on January 31st!]( NEW BOOK CLUB SERIES Starting in February, we're also kicking off a new monthly book club event with best-selling author Rolf Potts. We'll be reading his newest book The Vagabond's Way and Rolf Potts himself is joining us monthly as we devour his newest book ONE PAGE PER DAY. Yep, you just have to read one page per day. That's it. On the first Wednesday of the month, we’ll have Rolf Potts join us to discuss what we’re reading, what we’re getting out of it, and how the practice of meditating daily on travel is allowing us to open our minds to new trains of thought. [Join us to discuss the first 30 pages on February 1st!]( If you’re looking for even more suggested books, be sure to [check out all my favorites on Bookshop](=). It's not as cheap as Amazon but the site helps small, independent books. (But, if you only use Kindle or live elsewhere, [here's the Amazon link](.) Best, Nomadic Matt P.S. - While I appreciate everyone sending me their books, I have a long, long, long reading list and I can't accept any books to review or feature here. I appreciate you offering but, if the universe wills it, I will find your book and read it and put it here. Thanks. Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables.
