Hey {NAME}, Greetings from Austin! It's been a very slow week of writing, watching movies, and waiting for the wine bar down the street to reopen. I've been using this downtime to build on those habits I talked about in last week's email. I'm sleeping, writing, and reading more regularly — and it's been wonderful! One new change: I started keeping my laptop out of my bedroom. No more Netflix before bed. I'd always watch movies until late and then try to sleep. It wasn't a good habit, especially as an insomniac. This new change has helped me get to bed faster and improved my sleep tremendously. I can't emphasize how important scheduling is to building better habits. And not just for work. I also schedule my errands, dinner, and reading time. It ensures I never worry about fitting things in because it is in the schedule and I have no excuse for skipping it! Scheduling has been a lifesaver! If I can give you one tip this week, it is to schedule everything (no matter mundane the task). Below, you'll find a bunch of updated blogs and free resources. We've been working hard to update content and we have a ton this week to share. Finally, join me on social media if you haven't already!
