{NAME}, Hello from London! I'm here spending a few days with friends. We've been blessed by beautiful weather. It's been really great! Tomorrow, I'm going to Oxford to spend a night there and then have breakfast in the Great Hall (the one that was featured in Harry Potter! #teamhufflepuff). There are a few things going on in the points and miles world so let's just jump right into things: Capital One 20% Qantas Frequent Flyer transfer bonus - Through Sunday, September 1, 2024, you can [receive a 20% bonus when you transfer Capital One miles to Qantas Points](). This offer is available on Capital One’s transfer page upon login, so be sure that you see the offer at the time that you initiate the transfer. Next, one of my favorite hotel cards just announced an elevated welcome offer. This hotel brand has the most valuable hotel points in my opinion. They don't often have an elevated offer, and this is actually the best offer they've ever had! If you're looking to book some free hotel stays in your future, it's worth taking a look! [You can read more about the card in this post](=) (it's the first card listed). Third, you can now earn more points when booking vacation rentals with a popular travel card. When you hold this card, you can earn 5 miles per dollar when booking vacation rentals through their travel portal. While I generally don't recommend booking through portals, it's otherwise pretty hard to earn more points per dollar on vacation rentals. So, if you stay in them frequently, this could be a good way to rack up more points. [You can read more about the card in my review here](. Lastly, a lot of new airport lounges have been announced recently: JFK, SLC, EWR, LHR, and MEX are all getting new lounges. People have been complaining about how crowded airport lounges are for years since lounge access is a benefit of more and more premium cards. Personally, I'm most excited about the Centurion Lounge that just opened in Mexico City! ([Read about it here](.) And, as always, if you need a new card be sure to check out the lists of all my other favorite cards (I update them regularly): - [My Favorite Travel Credit Cards]() - [The Best Hotel Travel Cards](=) - [The Best Airline Credit Cards]( - [The Best Premium Travel Cards](=) - [The Best No-Fee Credit Cards]( If you’re in Canada, [check out this website for new card offers](. For Brits, [click here for offers](=). For Aussies and Kiwis, [check out here](. If you have any questions on points and miles, ask away. Sincerely, Nomadic Matt P.S. - This newsletter is for U.S. points and miles info. If you're looking for regular travel tips or a not a U.S. resident, let me know and I'll change you to the correct list! [Unsubscribe]( | [Update your profile]( | 2318 Santa Rosa Street, Austin, Texas 78702
