{NAME}, Hello from Germany! I'm here exploring the Romantic Road in Bavaria before heading to Austria at the end of the week. I've been in Europe for over a month now, and am still loving it, so the adventure continues! As for points and miles, here's what's new this week: First, as a reminder, a popular travel card just increased its welcome offer for the first time in years. This is a great card if you're looking for something simple and easy to use. It offers a straightforward 2x miles on every purchase, a rarity in a card. You can use these miles to offset travel statement purchases, book travel in their portal, or transfer to over 15 travel partners (airlines and hotels). [You can read more about the card and its current offer in my review](. Second, my favorite business card currently has its highest welcome offer ever. You can currently earn over 100,000 bonus points after meeting the required spend. This card also offers the ability to earn more in different business-related categories (including travel), and it has a low annual fee too. [You can read more about it here]() (it's the first card listed). Third, more credit card issuers are increasing their statement credits to offset the increased cost of Global Entry memberships. Starting October 1st, the cost of Global Entry (a fast-track entry program into the U.S. when returning from abroad) will increase from $100 to $120. Many premium credit cards offer statement credits of up to $100, and now some are increasing that credit to $120 to cover the entire cost. You can read more about these changes and which cards cover Global Entry [here](). (All [my favorite premium cards](=) cover Global Entry.) And, as always, if you need a new card be sure to check out the lists of all my other favorite cards (I update them regularly): - [My Favorite Travel Credit Cards]() - [The Best Hotel Travel Cards](=) - [The Best Airline Credit Cards]( - [The Best Premium Travel Cards](=) - [The Best No-Fee Credit Cards]( If you’re in Canada, [check out this website for new card offers](. For Brits, [click here for offers](=). For Aussies and Kiwis, [check out here](. If you have any questions on points and miles, ask away. Sincerely, Nomadic Matt P.S. - This newsletter is for U.S. points and miles info. If you're looking for regular travel tips, let me know and I'll change you to the correct list! [Unsubscribe]( | [Update your profile]( | 2318 Santa Rosa Street, Austin, Texas 78702
