{NAME}, Hello from NYC! It's been a quiet week of writing here at home, so not much new to report on my end (though I do have some summer travels in the works...but more on that later). As for points & miles, here's what's new this week: First, Bilt just announced a new transfer partner: Alaska Airlines. [Bilt](=) Members can now transfer points 1:1 to Alaska Airlines. This is exciting news because Alaska miles are notoriously hard to get if you don't have an Alaska Airlines credit card (points earned with cards from Chase, Amex, and Capital One don't transfer to Alaska). While Bilt is primarily known as the card where you can earn points on rent, Bilt's unique transfer partners are a great reason to get this no-fee card (even if you don't rent). It's my go-to card these days. If you want to learn more, [check out my Bilt review here](. Second, point.me's Explore feature is now available for free! [Point.me]( is a search engine for finding flights you can book with points and miles. With their Explore feature, you can put in your departure airport and see the places you can fly for the lowest miles. It was previously only available on paid plans, but now you can use it for free. [You can learn more about point.me in my review and sign up for an account here](). (Note: [Bilt](=) cardholders get access to the premium version of point.me for free; yet another reason I love Bilt.) Third, ICYMI, we're hosting a points and miles webinar next week! This event is for new points & miles collectors and covers the basics of getting started, picking the right card, avoiding common pitfalls, and how these cards actually work. If you want to start earning free flights and hotel stays in 2024, this is the event for you. [It's on March 26th at 7pm ET. You can sign up here](=). (If you sign up, you'll get a recording of the event in case you can't make the time.) Finally, I'm speaking at The Travel Summit next month! This conference is dedicated to points and miles, with Q&As, workshops, mixers, and tons of presentations. The conference is in Toronto from April 26–28, 2024 and tickets are $399 CAD ([you can get your ticket here](). Use code NOMADICMATT to get $25 off. As always, if you need a new card, don't forget to check our updated posts! We update all of our card posts regularly to ensure you find the best travel credit card for your needs and budget. These posts can get you started: - [My Favorite Travel Credit Cards]() - [The Best Hotel Travel Cards](=) - [The Best Airline Credit Cards]( - [The Best Premium Travel Cards](=) - [The Best No-Fee Credit Cards]( If you’re in Canada, [check out this website for new card offers](. Sincerely, Nomadic Matt P.S. - If you're planning on traveling soon, we're hosting a FREE webinar next month all about travel insurance. It will cover everything you need to know to find a good plan, save money, and ensure you stay safe while abroad.
