Donald Trump's conviction has sparked reactions comparing the U.S. to China —if you think it's that bad, maybe it's time to consider moving [image]( Hi {NAME}, Donald Trump was convicted on Thursday of 34 felony counts. None of my 82 coworkers or myself are American and as this is not a matter of tax policy or immigration we would otherwise comment on, so it's not our place to comment. What's interesting to me is the aftermath, with some conservatives like Charlie Kirk saying, "we are now no better than China or Venezuela". Charlie told me on LinkedIn in 2020, to move to a third-world country if I didn't like the United States, something I said I had already done. Either Charlie and others like him are engaging in hyperbole - the type that, combined with big ideas and brash thinking, is uniquely part of the American success story - or he really does live in the new China and should move. I will let each person decide for themselves how they feel about today's news, but if you ACTUALLY believe your country is on par with Venezuela, it's probably time to move or at least have a back-up plan. Now is as good a time as any to get clear about how you REALLY view your country. Today's new series 'Live King a King' on YouTube will feature cities you might have thought were dangerous or dirty or unlivable and shatter those misconceptions. Please check out "Live Like a King in Bogota" - our first installment in the series - today on [YouTube](=). I'm not saying Bogota is where you should move, but you should at least see how you can have a nice life far away from the chaos and drama of the day where you live. And if you decide to make a move, Nomad Capitalist will be here to help you plan your taxes in all countries, immigration, and planning your move. Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables.
