We noticed that you created an account with us, but it seems like you haven't fully configured your Dynamic DNS. We would like to make sure that you have everything set up correctly, to help you get the most out of No-IP Dynamic DNS. [Have you watched our Getting Started Video?] [Have you downloaded and installed the No-IP Dynamic Update Client?] It's not necessary, but recommended if you have a dynamic IP address and are not using a DDNS device for updates. [Is your Update Client really working?] An easy way to check is to login to your No-IP account, click modify next to the hostname, set the IP address of the hostname to 1.1.1.1. Then, restart the Update Client and see if it updates the hostname to your current IP address. [Are you behind a router or firewall? Have you forwarded your ports?] [Have you added a hostname to your account?] Have you added this hostname to the Dynamic Update Client? If you are using our Dynamic Update Client, is it running on a computer that is on at all times?
