The money will aid 17 projects across America, including a hydroelectric plant in Alaska and measures to reduce the threat of forest fire in Sierra Nevada.  President Biden has made a goal of directing at least 40% of climate funds towards those who are disproportionately impacted by pollution and climate catastrophe. 12 of the 17 projects will serve Native American communities, with over 30 tribes involved. This is in the context of there being no access to electricity in 21% of Navajo Nation homes and 35% of Hopi Indian Tribe homes, according to a 2023 report by the Department of Energy. This project is the largest infrastructure project that the Department of Energy has ever done for Native Americana, and will address much-needed gaps in our clean energy spending.  No Dem Left Behind is keeping a close eye on key rural areas and making sure folks know the Democratic party is there for them. Of our nations poorest 350 counties, 300 are rural. We know that tax cuts for the rich aren't gonna help those in need, and we're determined to make sure rural voters know it too. With articles in major publications and innovative projects like Grassroots Government, which tracks local infrastructure spending, No Dem Left Behind is making waves. This, of course, is thanks to supporters like you.  We are 100% grassroots funded organization with an average contribution of $20.04 year-to-date.  While we couldn't be more proud of this fact: we need more Democrats to recognize the critical need to win rural votes.  We've proven victories in 'red' areas are possible, but we must stack several of these in multiple states if we are to have a chance at taking back the House, holding the Senate, and defending the Presidency in 2024.  [If Democrats invest in winning rural votes, we WILL take over the Electoral Map! Will you contribute $20.04 or MORE today so we can build on the momentum we are creating together?]( [Donate $20.04]( [> Invest MORE >]( Thanks for being part of the team flipping red votes blue!  -- Your friends at No Dem Left Behind. No Dem Left Behind PAC 80M St. SE Suite 100 Washington D.C. 20003 Paid for by No Dem Left Behind PAC.
