We already know that Georgia, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, North Carolina, Michigan, and Arizona will be the six crucial swing states of this election.  A survey from the Center for Rural Strategies suggests that nearly 40% of rural voters are swing voters. That means convincing folks in hard-to-reach places that the Democrats are their party. No Dem Left Behind is determined to turn every swing state blue in 2024, but we need your help.  We’re organizing a membership for our most committed donors, for everyone who is able to give their most to rural America in this election – we’re offering a $100 monthly membership. By some metrics, we have already broken the global warming cap of 1.5 degrees celsius envisioned by the Paris climate accords of 2015. Two groups – Berkeley Earth and and the EU's Copernicus have stated that in 2023, temperatures were 1.5 degrees warmer than pre-industrial averages.  This past Sunday, we brought you the story of Canada's still-burning wildfires, insulated by layers of snow. There are still almost a hundred fires burning under the snow, and we can expect smoky skies even earlier this year. We must elect leaders who are responsible for our wellbeing, who uplift the middle-class, who aim to protect our environment.  We know that the current leadership isn't perfect. But when we allow Republicans to win, our standards for politicians become skewed further and further away from what is and should be acceptable. The Overton Window of our politics moves right when far-right leaders like Trump get elected.
