We the People joined together and with one loud voice, we said no to a "red wave" of Trumpism. We said no to fascism. We said no to taking away our civil liberties. [continue reading] {NAME}, America spoke loudly last Tuesday. We the People joined together and with one loud voice, we said no to a "red wave" of Trumpism. We said no to fascism. We said no to taking away our civil liberties. We said no to the enemies of our democracy. However, we said YES to caring for each other and making this a more perfect union. We stood together to defend President Biden and his leadership. What we achieved is almost unheard of when it comes to midterm election results. Consider this fact: Since World War II, the President's party has lost an average of four Senate and 26 House seats. Democrats held a 50-seat Senate majority before the midterms. Not only did we defend that majority, but we have a very real opportunity to make it a 51-seat majority if we help Rev. Warnock defend his seat in Georgia’s runoff election on December 6th! We hope you will consider supporting No Dem Left Behind in this special effort. [No Dem Left Behind is proud that we were on the ground to help elect Reverend Warnock in Georgia’s 2020 runoff election, and we are excited to be back in 2022 to secure his reelection with your help!]( [chip in $20.22]( [chip in $50]( [contribute $100]( [chip in other amount]( Democrats held 220 House seats going into the midterms. The vote counting isn’t over yet, but as of this writing, Democrats are expected to hold approximately 211 House seats. It seems like terrible news, but it’s incredible when you realize 194 seats is what Democrats would have if they had experienced the historical average of 26 losses in the house. If you consider the Republicans’ sustained Gerrymandering efforts over the last two decades, then it really speaks to the fact that the Democratic Party is truly the party of the people. As you can see, this midterm was different. It was different because America does not want to go backward. Trump is a national embarrassment as well as a threat to our national security and our democracy. While we are proud of the work that we did, we know we have some areas that we need to do better in, mainly Florida, OH, and Texas. Three of our biggest states with the many Electoral College votes we need for 2024. We fell short there, but we have a plan for that. We are super excited about sharing this plan with you in the days, weeks, and months ahead. [states]( John Fetterman's campaign slogan was “every county, every vote,” and that's why we endorsed him before anyone else. Just ask the Senator-elect himself! How cool is that to say "Senator-Elect?” When we reach out to every American, then we win. It's that simple. Democratic policies are widely more popular than that of the MAGA GOP. America wants: A functioning democracy Clean water and safe air Meaningful climate action Protections for the working class Restoration of reproductive rights To reject bigotry against minority communities A Supreme Court that will protect rights rather than destroy them AND so much more than the Republican Party offer us Thanks for your support so far we are reaching out to every American to deliver more of what America wants! [We hope you’re still with us because our work is just beginning. We’re in it for the long haul, are you?]( [join the cause]( Thank you for your steadfast commitment to this fight! - No Dem Left Behind [thank you] Paid for by No Dem Left Behind PAC.
