🚨 Mar-A-Lago raid was just the beginning

[No Dem Left Behind]( [Winning America's Heartland]( The wheels of justice can be slow at times, but in America, no one is above the law! We're going to get into why what happened yesterday was so important and why it was only the beginning. But before we do, we have to ask for your help. GOP fundraising took off last night in a way we had not seen before and we have to get ready for the GOP onslaught of lies that await us. So if you are in a position to chip in please do so right now. (FBI carries out a search at Trump's residence Monday evening) Unprecedented? Yes, no former President has ever had a search warrant executed at their residence. Unwarranted? No, absolutely not. Not only was there a legal search warrant but many would say this is overdue. Donald Trump is under two major FBI investigations; for his efforts to overturn the 2020 election and his handling of classified documents. The FBI had every legal right and precedent for taking action given the facts. Politically motivated? Emphatically, no. And this is the most important point. Listen, despite what the Trump apologists in the GOP will tell you President Joe Biden did not even know about the Mar-a-Lago raid until it broke on the news. He heard about it like the rest of us. We can’t allow Republicans to absolve themselves of every offense under the catch-all pretense of politics. Politics is not a get-out-of-jail-free card, despite how much Republicans would like it to be one. Our great Nation is built on the premise that no person stands above the law, regardless of their power or standing. A corrupt justice department? An evil regime will never admit its corruption. They will always try to vilify their opponents and label them with the crimes that they themselves are truly guilty of. Facts define innocence or guilt. And the facts, in this case, speak that our justice system would be corrupt if they did not take due action against Donald Trump solely because it’s politically dangerous. Yet these are the labels the Republican Party is desperately trying to apply this morning. They want to rile up their base, believing that might makes right. That facts and truth do not matter because power and influence can defeat them. This is the danger that we are facing. For Republicans 2022 is a direct continuation of Trump’s coup attempt. They will never stop until we defeat them and Democracy itself is what’s on the line. Folks, we’ve got to organize like never before. These are unprecedented times and we’ve got to put forward unprecedented effort.
