[Cannabis Profits Daily] Saturday, November 17, 2018 Your Free Cannabis Stock Pick is Dominating November By Greg Miller Whether you heard about Innovative Industrial Properties Inc. (NYSE: [IIPR]() as a part of our email list before the [American Cannabis Summit]( or when the National Institute for Cannabis Investors launched on October 23, you're a winning investor if you took action. In fact, [Innovative Industrial Properties]( - not media darling Tilray Inc., not recent Coca-Cola Corp. target Aurora Cannabis Inc. - has been the success story of recent weeks. In the three weeks since [the Summit](, the stock is up 24.6%. And it was one of the three biggest gainers in the entire pot stock universe twice this past week. That included another 5.5% gain on Friday. It also included a near 4% gain midweek. That's significant given that it was a day of losses for the biggest cannabis stocks. For example, Canopy Growth Corp. registered its biggest one-day loss in company history. The company, a dividend-paying real-estate investment trust (REIT) focusing on medical-cannabis growing facilities, seems to be gaining steam as a safer - but still high-growth - play even when the biggest (mostly Canadian) cannabis companies are suffering through sell-off sessions. In a way, it's the perfect pivot, if not anchor, play in cannabis. After all, the company doesn't touch the plant and, because of that, isn't running afoul of U.S. federal laws, antiquated as they may be... [for now](. And remember, unlike most cannabis companies, it's been trading on a large exchange for months and it pays a dividend. Moreover, it is in prime position for when - not if - New York legalizes recreational cannabis. That effort is well under-way, as it is racing to establish its market before New Jersey swoops in to take away that revenue. And IIPR already has multiple properties in the state. Imagine the potential when the limited medical program expands to full adult use. We're talking about one of the five most populated states in the country, with nearly 15 million new customers expected to come online next year with the end of prohibition. I hope you're enjoying watching this stock price rise as much as I am. And it's got a ton of room to run. Thanks for being an important part of the National Institute for Cannabis Investors, Greg Miller Executive Director, National Institute for Cannabis Investors, P.S.: I'll be back next week with much more from my trip to MJBizCon, the biggest cannabis conference in the world.
