Today I've got a fascinating story about someone that uses SEO to grow his business...and then turns around and sells the company to Google or SEMrush. And he's done this 3 times. I'd like you to meet Dmitry Dragilev, [today's guest on the Niche Pursuits Podcast here.](=) He's refined his process for creating SEO tools or affiliate sites...and using SEO to grow those businesses. But he always builds with an exit in mind. As a result, he's been able to sell to publicly traded companies like Google and SEMrush. Want to hear all his secrets for finding gaps in the serps that you can target and rank for? Want to hear how he goes from low competition to more competitive keywords over time in a methodical way? [Watch, Read, or Listen to Dmitry's full interview right here.](=) --------------------------------------------------------------- 5 Month Results for the Build an AI Site Challenge! I also have the full results to share for the 5 month AI site challenge! Can you believe it's been 5 MONTHS since I challenged 143 people to try building an SEO site that ranks in Google using AI content? What a crazy time to be holding a challenge like this. The timing is impeccable...(insert sarcastic evil laugh here)... With all the updates happening in Google that appear to be targeting AI content specifically, things are definitely starting to get interesting. [You can see the full results right here.]( You'll notice that the person in first place with the most traffic in February is Edvard. Well, he shared that his site actually got penalized half way through Feb and traffic for the 2nd half was virtually none existent. See his traffic graph here. So, he did get the most traffic in Feb, but his site is virtually done at this point. Also, Jennifer in 9th place has shared that her site appears to have been hit with the March core update. Not deindexed, but traffic took a big hit. So, which of the remaining participants will survive? This should shape up to a dramatic finish. Month 6 is the final month I'll officially track results. I'll share the winner in early April! --------------------------------------------------------------- Meanwhile in the Niche Pursuits Community...Amazon Influencer! On Monday, I conducted the first LIVE call for the Niche Pursuits community members. I shared EVERYTHING about my Amazon Influencer business. The cool thing about an Amazon Influencer business? Doesn't rely on Google. Doesn't require a website. Doesn't require that I send traffic from anywhere. In the community call, I shared exactly how much money I'm making, how I outsourced everything, and my tips for the business. We had tons of great questions that I answered as well. Want to see the full recording? Well, you can still [join the Niche Pursuits Community and see the recording of that call!]() As a heads up, Jared Bauman (host of the podcast) will be doing an exclusive call with the community to talk about his own Amazon Influencer business next week! I've heard through the grapevine that his earnings this month are really starting to increase and he's surpassed me. He'll share what's worked so well for him and how you can also grow an Amazon Influencer business. But you need to be a paying Niche Pursuits Community member. [Go ahead and join the Niche Pursuits Community right here.]() Thanks again, Spencer --------------------------------------------------------------- Tools to Help You Grow Your Digital Business --------------------------------------------------------------- Building Smart Internal Links Just Got Easier.
