Before I jump into the news, I wanted to remind you to fill out this survey to determine [what the next Niche Pursuits project will be](). I'll be recruiting a ton of participants and they will be building a niche online business...and you can follow along with the progress. But before I can start recruiting participants (you?), we need to determine which idea to focus on. Hence, [the survey right here](). So far, I've had over 500 responses, but I'm looking for a few more before I close the survey on Monday! Thanks for helping out. --------------------------------------------------------------- I just released a [new episode of "This Week in Niche Pursuits News"](=). The big news is that that the US government is taking Google to trial starting Tuesday! This is huge. This is the first antitrust lawsuit that the US government has taken to trial in the modern tech era...since 1998 (v. Microsoft)! We also discuss the fact that the August Core Update from Google just finished yesterday! So, you can officially check your rankings and traffic to see how it compares to before and after the update. Next, I give an update on my Amazon Influencer "side hustle". I've hired a few people in my own city, and my earnings are just over $1,500 a month. I plan to continue growing this side hustle! Next, Jared and I wrap up the podcast by talking about a couple of weird niche sites. What do dogs and HTTP status codes have in common? Well, one of our weird niche site finds. And what went viral in 2009, but still exists as a unicorn website? Listen in to find out. [Watch the full episode of This Week in Niche Pursuits News here.](=) Thanks again, Spencer PS - I know the survey I put out to determine the next niche online business that will be started may not seem like much, but I really do think this will usher in a new era of Niche Pursuits! I'm excited to host not just one project, but many projects over the coming months. This will just mean more great content, motivation, and possibly new ideas for you. [Fill out the survey to determine the direction of the next niche project here.]() PPS - I'll share all the results on Monday --------------------------------------------------------------- Tools to Help You Grow Your Digital Business --------------------------------------------------------------- Building Smart Internal Links Just Got Easier.
