So, on Monday I had my highest SEO traffic day ever! Google is sending my site (NichePursuits.com) more and more traffic and I'm hitting record highs. Check out this graph: â As you can see, my SEO traffic has gone from about 3,000 clicks a day to nearly 15,000 clicks a day in just over a year. For whatever reason, Mondays are my highest SEO days each week. So, last Monday was my highest SEO day of all time... So, how have I increased my SEO traffic so much? Well, if I could boil it down to just 3 things, I would say proper keyword selection, consistently producing lots of high value content, and proper topical and internal link structure. First, let's start with link structure. Part of my process for each and every article is to make sure that it has a new internal link added TO it after it's published. So, what do I do as soon as I publish an article? I use Link Whisper to find a relevant internal link TO that new article and add it. As a heads up, I just started a special $25 off special deal for Link Whisper today! This is the largest discount I offer all year outside of Black Friday. So, if you are ready to take your internal linking to the next level, [consider getting Link Whisper for $25 off right here](). In addition to just adding internal links to each article, I also try to fill out the topical clusters. For example, if I start a topical cluster on "dropshipping", my hub or pillar article might be about "How to Start Dropshipping". But then I would have sub topics as standalone articles like, "Dropshipping Examples" or "Best Software for Dropshipping" or "How to Pick a Product for Dropshipping". Each of these sub-topics would have an internal link back to the main hub article. Building these topical clusters gives you more and more topical authority in the eyes of Google. You are seen as an expert in "dropshipping" (in this example) and have a better chance of ranking in Google for these types of keywords. Second, is keyword selection. As mentioned above, perhaps you should start with filling out your topical clusters. Do you have "half-baked" topical clusters that need a few more articles? Dive in and find keywords to complete those clusters! Next, use Google Search Console to figure out what TYPES of keywords you are already ranking well for. In my case, I discovered that I was ranking well for side hustle related keywords, so I started finding more keywords related (and sometimes loosely related) to side hustles. Google was signaling with my previous rankings that I was considered an authority on this subject...so I produced more! And lo and behold, my SEO traffic has increased. In addition, I would highly recommend doing a keyword gap analysis to see what keywords your competitors are ranking for that you haven't covered yet. In particular, if you can find a competitor with a lower domain authority than your site, these could be prime keywords for you to compete on. I've found many hundreds of keywords by looking at less authoritative competitors. Finally, I've turned up the dial on content creation. Sometimes the answer is just to produce more content. Give yourself more opportunities to rank. Yes, this is more work or costs more money (if you are outsourcing), but it's been well worth the investment for me! I've gone from publishing only 5 to 10 articles a month previous to 2022 to now regularly publishing 70+ articles a month! With that many articles, it's critical that I follow certain processes to ensure that nothing gets missed. One of the most critical processes is making sure that internal linking is done properly. I certainly don't want any articles going live that don't have any internal links. Google needs those live connections between your articles to understand relevance and to pass "link juice" across your website. I use Link Whisper for all of my internal linking. For this week only, I'm offering Link Whisper at a huge discount. So, if you want to try out Link Whisper for yourself, [today is a great time to get Link Whisper at $25 off right here.]()â Either way, I hope you've found some value in today's email. I'm seeing record traffic levels from Google by following the processes I've described above. If you can follow some of the same principles I've laid out, I truly believe you will increase the odds of having your own record traffic days. Good luck out there. Thanks, Spencer  [icon]
