I tried creating a 100% outsourced YouTube channel...here's some results.  ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ Welcome to the Niche Pursuits Friday Newsletter! Today, I've got 4 "stories" that I want to share with you... 🎥 I created a "faceless" YouTube channel, and have results to share... 🔥Jon Dykstra has created $50k/month niche blogs, and [shows you how here](. 💸 3 New Niche Sites for Sale on Motion Invest 🏃‍♂️ I have just 5 weeks until the Boston Marathon... --------------------------------------------------------------- 🎥 So, a little over a month ago, I created a secret YouTube channel. This is a "faceless" YouTube channel, where I don't appear in any of the videos...and all the videos are 100% outsourced. In other words, I'm not personally recording any videos, doing any editing, or any direct work on the channel. This is in a random niche (totally unrelated to Niche Pursuits). Results so far? In less than 40 days since launching the channel, it now has 227 subscribers and 46,326 views. Now, this isn't a business I plan to get rich on...but it IS a fun little experiment to see what can be done on YouTube with a totally outsourced channel. This is just the beginning, and I plan to continue sharing results. The plan: Invest $10,000 in videos/marketing to help the channel get some traction. Then we hope to have 1,000 subscribers and 4,000 watch hours to get the YouTube channel monetized. Then we go to the bank! I say "we" because I have a partner on this project (we connected when I asked people to pitch me their ideas earlier this year!), and he is running the channel. Here's the breakdown of some additional stats and details: - 13 videos published - Cost to produce/market each video is about $105 - $20 for script writing - $30 for professional voiceover - $30 for editing - $30 on YouTube ads (drive views / gain subscribers). - Total spent is about $1,600 so far So, where is the traffic coming from? We are spending $30/video on YouTube advertising to help each video gain some initial traction. However, you can still see that 58% of views are coming from suggested videos! Overall, approximately 70% of all views are coming from "organic" youtube sources...which is what we want long term. We only plan to utilize YouTube advertising until the channel has picked up enough traction on it's own. Overall, I've spend about $1,600 of the $10,000 I plan to invest in getting this channel off the ground. So far, so good! We should hit YouTube monetization requirements before the money runs out :). Ends This Weekend... Jon Dykstra is the real deal. He's been building niche blogs for a long time and he's been a guest on the Niche Pursuits podcast 3 different times. [In his Niche Site Profits Course](, he teaches his exact steps for creating niche sites that have the potential to make big money (nothing is guaranteed obviously). However, Jon's main site regularly makes multiple six figures a year...and he reveals his biggest site in the course! Jon is a big teacher of monetizing your site with display ads (which makes things much easier than dealing with affiliate programs). He also doesn't do much link building. He focuses on niche selection, keyword research, in-depth content strategies, and delivering the type of content that Google will rank and humans love to read. The Niche Site Profits Course does close this weekend. # So, if you'd like to get training from someone who has built highly successful niche blogs, now is your chance. [Go ahead and Check Out the Niche Site Profits Course Here.]( --------------------------------------------------------------- 💸 New Niche Sites Available on Motion Invest This 1 year, 2 month old lighting site has just been added to the marketplace. This will be my longest training run before the race, and just one more 20 miler in a couple weeks.
