So, what happens when you publish 1 million words of content created by Artificial Intelligence? Will it rank in Google? Will it quickly get penalized? Is it worth it? These are some of the questions I hope to answer with my latest project! That's right, I'm starting a new site where I'm going to publish 1,000,000 words of content written by AI to see if it ranks in Google. As mentioned on Friday, I'm not advocating that others try this...it's dangerous. I most certainly wouldn't publish AI content on a site that I actually care about. However, wouldn't it be fun to just try it out and see what happens on a site you don't care about? I'll be a public guinea pig for you, so you don't have to try it. Now that we've gotten that out of the way, let me explain what I've done so far, what tools I'm going to use, and the content service that will hopefully make this SO much easier for me. So far, I've found my niche and found about 300 keywords! I plan to publish roughly 1,000 articles at about 1,000 words each. (Just a rough plan...could change as I see or don't see results). To help kickstart the project, I bought an aged domain with great links. This will help my content get indexed quickly and hopefully give everything a little SEO boost! I purchased the domain through [Odys Global](=). The buying process was super easy, and they even provided a professional logo with the domain purchase, which I'm going to use. I got WordPress installed and I'll be using the Generate Press theme. I was tempted to try some other great themes, but I'm familiar with and comfortable with Generate Press. Now comes the question of content. How will I produce so much content? Well, I'm going to use a AI content service called [Rocket Content](=). I could simply use a tool like [Jasper]( to create all the AI content. However, the problem is that it takes a while to learn Jasper properly...and it does require prompts/help to produce good content. I want to make this project as hands off as possible. As a result, I'm going with Rocket Content. They use Jasper to produce the content. However, they have trained staff to work Jasper for you. In addition, Rocket Content will "lightly edit" the content for you as its produced. (Human edited!) Oh, and did I mention that Rocket Content will also find images, optimize the content using SurferSEO, upload the content to WordPress, and publish the content for you as well? The best part? Rocket Content is only 1 cent per word! Well, unless you order 1,000,000 words of content, like me. Then it's 0.009 cents per word (just under 1 cent per word). So, I'll be investing about $9,000 in content for this little project. When Rocket Content heard that I was going to use their service for this project, they quickly offered a 10% coupon code to my audience should you want to try it out. So, you can currently get 10% off Rocket Content orders by using coupon code Niche Pursuits at checkout. See what [Rocket Content is all about right here](=). Before I started this project, I did a test order with Rocket Content about a month ago. I assumed AI content would be unreadable garbage. However, I was pleasantly surprised that it wasn't nearly as bad as I was expecting. In fact, it sounded human! Here's the 2 articles I ordered: - [Best Running Shorts with Phone Pocket]( - [How Many Calories Does Jogging Burn in 30 Minutes]( Go ahead, check out the articles and see what you think. And yes, they provide images, external links, formatting, etc. Please note, that these articles are NOT in the niche I'm doing my little project in. These were just 2 test articles to see what kind of content they could produce. Anyway, that's the latest with my project! I hope to be publishing content on the site as early as this week!
