"There are traits and it's a lot about intangibles and get to what makes a guy tick," Tobin said. "You want guys that grind and fit into the group. You want a guy that wants to be in the group. If they don't act that way off the field, then normally they're not going to suddenly act that way on the field." But it's business as usual for the 31-year-old third-generation coach who has already been in the profession for nearly a decade. As the East quarterbacks coach for Thursday's college all-star game (8 p.m.- NFL Network) at The Star in Frisco, Tex., Kragthorpe has a star-studded task in the practice facility of the Dallas Cowboys. He had eight days to get three big-time triggermen ready to play in a system he has to learn as well as teach. Students of Villa Madonna collected non-perishable items to help fight food insecurity in their community. Campbell's Chunky donated 1,000 products to the Northern Kentucky school to contribute to the effort. Bengals safety Tycen Anderson, defensive tackle Devonnsha Maxwell and Who Dey all attended the pep rally. "The Bengals are proud to be longtime partners with Campbell's Chunky," said Kristin Hawkins, Bengals Director of Community Engagement. "By joining efforts with Villa Madonna, we were able to double the amount of canned goods going back into our communities."
