[View online]() //WEEKLY ☰ ⊗ [News](=) [Reviews]( [Best Lists]( [Videos]() [Community]() Dear {NAME}, While attending the [Mobile World Congress last week](=), I found myself quickly overwhelmed by the presence of Artificial Intelligence. It was everywhere—every booth, nearly every product launch event, and in every hall conversation. It was a lot. And I believe it felt overwhelming because the industry has embraced AI as the future. While it may well be, AI has become more than just a buzzword; it feels almost like a cult. Every company and every product seems to incorporate AI, primarily to sell us something or to make decisions on our behalf, rather than empowering us to make our own choices. This opens an ethical debate about the impact on individuality. At this point, my enthusiasm for AI is at its lowest, and that's what I discuss in our editorial this week. I hope you enjoy reading it and also share your opinions and anxieties about the topic with us. Wishing you a great day, ¢Â€Â‹ Camila Rinaldi Head of Editorial --------------------------------------------------------------- //The AI Frenzy = How the Industry is Killing AI for Me At MWC 2024, I experienced the industry frenzy over AI and became overwhelmed.
